I know the moment it's very quiet here - but as they say in football so beautiful? After the Nano is in front of the Nano!

I thought that There is next to the Nano, however, other things, the budding writers and amateur authors may have fallen or are important. They work on the same, already proven Nano principle: writing, there's no tomorrow and go to the magic date as possible without taking mental damage.
But unlike the Nano is important in this case, the quality and the number of characters, the theme and of course the ability to meet the deadline on time. Especially the latter one can but only if you know the dates!
Therefore, I thought, we are here once a post that for all is readable (competition is good for business author!) and can be updated at any time by us. So if you know of other competitions, it tells us and we take the data on here.
Competitions:
- short story competition Weltentor, Deadline: 30.06.2010
The Oberhausen Noel-Verlag will host a competition for short stories on the subjects of fantasy, science fiction and mystery. The 30 best stories ever published in a book. One overarching theme, based on which the story must be submitted, there is not. "Weltentor" is only the pre-conceived title, such a door must not be present in the stories themselves.
The best entries will be published in a series of three books. Part 1 of the trilogy will include the 30 best Fantasy / High Fantasy Tales, Part 2, the 30 best science fiction stories and Part 3 of the top 30 mystery short stories. The books are published in November 2010 and will be presented in March 2011 at the Leipzig Book Fair.

- Literature Competition, Deadline: 01.10.2010
you like to write and dream from their own book? We look forward to your contribution to the competition! Participation is free and open to everyone over 18, whether male or female, old or young. We want a novel, an original story, real or fictitious, with a minimum size of 40 pages (not for illustrated stories and children's stories, here, there is no minimum size), move up without boundaries.
